Coimbatore: Police received a tip-off that banned Kerala lotteries were being sold in and around Pollachi. Following this, the police conducted various raids and the East Police Station discovered that a man was selling banned Kerala lottery tickets near Pollachi Theppakulam Road.



The search conducted by the police led by Sub-Inspector Khalib on Monday revealed that Aravindan (28), a resident of Mothirapuram area had been selling banned lottery tickets. Following this, the police confiscated 540 Kerala lottery tickets from him, registered a case and arrested him.
