Plan new schemes, implement them as promised - Vanathi Srinivasan, BJP

Coimbatore: The National president of the women’s wing, BJP, Vanathi Srinivasan headed a program held at Kamalam Duraisamy hall on Sunday. 

People Care Foundation and SSA together hosted an event wherein auxiliary equipment for the special children program and the daughter’s welfare program were held.

25 children received cheques worth ₹.10000 under the SSY scheme and the special children received their auxiliary equipment from Vanathy Srinivasa, National President, Women’s wing, BJP. She spoke to the media post the event and stated that the ruling party should now take up the responsibility and implement schemes that will benefit the public.

She insisted on the fact that the specially-abled children below 10 should also be given identity cards. Also, the government should make arrangements for an extra person to travel along with the special children in all the journey.

“Government should take immediate steps on the poor quality building construction complaints raised”, she said.

Adding to that, she stated that “the schemes introduced by the central government are solely for the welfare of the people and hence the finance minister need not worry about it”.

Vanathy Srinivasan stressed on the fact that the government should bring in policies and schemes that benefit people rather than focusing on pointing fingers at the previous reign.
