Tirupur: Protests were held at the collector’s office in Tiruppur to attend the queries of healthcare workers, OHT operators, and securities.
Various demands like payment of wages, promotion as panchayat workers, payment of 7th Pay Commission wages and arrears, Corona incentives as per government orders and provision of equipment, uniforms to cleanliness workers and guards. More than 50 participated in the protest at the Collectorate.
