Police patrol back in action in Kinathukadavu

Kinathukadavu NH police patrol resumes as four-lane project is completed.


Coimbatore: Police patrol resumed on the Kinathukadavu NH road on Friday, after a long gap of five years.

Police patrol had been put on hold due to the four-lane project. It is reported that numerous thefts and accidents occured in the past five years since there was no poilce patrolling, especially during the nights.



Police patrolling was resumed on Friday after a short briefing by Inspector Senthil Kumar and Sub-Inspector Ganeshamoorthy who instructed with the team. “The patrol is an essential factor in keeping a check on robberies and prevention of accidents on the National Highways. This will also help keep the traffic in control,” stated police officials.
