Construction of Groundwater tank at Kinathukadavu begins

Coimbatore: ‘Bhoomi Pooja’ was done and the estimate is around 10-lakh.

The construction works for the groundwater tank began today at Kinathukadavu, No.10 Muthur area.



The Panchayat member Rajan is said to fund the project and the water tank is built with a capacity to hold one lakh liters of water.



Coimbatore District Secretary, East Mr. Marudhamalai Senathipathy commenced the event by performing the Bhoomi pooja and the occasion was graced by Kinatukadavu West Union Secretary Mohammed Yasin, Panchayat Secretary Ramalingam, Union Committee member Ramaswamy and panchayat ward members vice presidents, and DMK functionaries.
