A chargesheet has been filed against the 5th accused in the Hindu Munnani executive Sasikumar murder case
Coimbatore: A chargesheet has been filed againstthe 5th accused in the murder case of Hindu Munnani executive Sasikumar in Coimbatore.
Sasikumar had been working as the district spokesperson of the Hindu Munnani in Coimbatore. He was hacked to death in 2016 and the main culprit involved in the case, Mohammed Rafiq Hassan had been hiding in Oman.
Mohammad Rafiq Haasan who arrived in Delhi from Oman last February, was arrested by the National Intelligence Agency officials. A chargesheet was filed against him on Saturday at the National Intelligence Special Court in Poonamallee. Chargesheets had already been filed against the four arrested in this case. It is to be noted that Mohammad Rafiq Hasan had been arrested as the 5th accused and the chargesheet has now been filed.
