Victims who invested in fraudulent investment companies can file a complaint with Economic Crimes Division


Coimbatore: The police have demanded that investors who were cheated by investing money in a Coimbatore-based financial institution can come forward with documents and file a complaint with the Economic Crimes Division.

Green Crest Financial Institution operating in Krishna Nagar, Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore, Dreams Maker Global Ltd., operating in Saibaba Colony, Aero Trading, operating in Gandhipuram, Win Health, operating in Saravanampatti, and the Annai financial institutions operating in Podanur, Kurichi housing unit have cheated hundred claiming to pay double the amount paid by investors. A case has been registered with the Municipal Economic Crimes Division and an investigation is underway.

Police said people affected by the above companies can lodge a complaint at the Coimbatore Economic Crimes Division office by August 31with the relevant documents.
