Coimbatore: Inspector Jayakumar, Sub- Inspectors Ganesamurthy and Arul Prakash inspected the vehicle at the Veerappagavundanur police check post near the Tamil Nadu-Kerala border near Kinathukadavu in Coimbatore district this evening.

Police confiscated 5 tipper lorries which were carrying heavy loads and imposed a fine of Rs. 1.42 lakhs on those trucks. Police released the seized truck after the truck owners paid the fine
