Tirupur: Public transport was recently allowed after Covid-19 cases declined.

Buses are being operated with some restrictions so that the number of infections does not increase despite the relaxation. A government bus with 57 passengers arrived from Coimbatore to Tirupur this morning. On the bus, the conductor tore the ticket with saliva while handing it to the passenger. Passengers on the bus who saw this told him not to do this during the Coronavirus period.

Regardless of that the conductor is said to have done the same thing over and over again. A passenger informed the Tirupur health department about this. Before the bus reached Tirupur, the coronavirus testing team was on standby with the inspectors.

When the government bus arrived at the Tirupur District Collector's Office, the conductor was made to stand under the shade of the District Collector's bus stop and a coronavirus test was carried out. Furthermore, the health department has advised conductors not to engage in such activities during coronavirus times.
