Tirupur: District Collector Vineeth has planted more than 300 saplings at the Tirupur District Superintendent of Police office yesterday.
The maintenance work of 120 species of trees including Anthi Mandara, Novel, Bamboo and 240 species of plants started today at the premises of Tirupur District Superintendent of Police on behalf of the ‘Vanathukkul Tiruppur’ organization.
Tirupur District Collector Vineeth planted the saplings.
District Superintendent of Police Sasang Sai and Corporation Commissioner Kranthi Kumar Patti were also present on the occasion.
