Public argue with officials in Vellakinar PHC in Coimbatore as less tokens are issued for vaccination



Coimbatore: Vaccination is being carried out across India following the second wave of coronavirus infection. Vaccination is done by providing a token at government primary health centers and hospitals in Coimbatore district.



Vellakinar High School today announced that 100 tokens will be issued for vaccination. Following this the public lined up and the hospital authority said they have only 60 tokens to issue. Thus the public there got into an argument with the officer who issued the token.



There was a stir as the public besieged two vehicles of officers who were leaving from there and got into an argument.
