Farmer killed in two-wheeler collision near Kinathukadavu
Coimbatore: Rajamani (71) is a farmer from Nallattipalayam near Kinathukadavu in Coimbatore district.
A luxury car coming from Coimbatore to Pollachi collided head-on with a two-wheeler on its way to Kinathukadavu from his home this morning when he was crossing four lanes in front of a nearby private school from the Senrampalayampirivu.
Rajamani was seriously injured in the accident.
The injured Rajamani was taken by ambulance to Pollachi Government Hospital for treatment. Doctors who examined Rajamani's body there said that Rajamani was already dead. The Kinathukadavu police have registered a case against Suresh (33), a resident of Arthanaripalayam near Pollachi, who was driving a luxury car.
