Pollachi DMK members provided protein rich food items to more than 350 people suffering from coronavirus for past 25 days
Coimbatore: About 350 patients have been admitted to the Coronavirus treatment centers, including Pollachi Government Hospital, a private college, for treatment of coronavirus infection.
Various welfare schemes are being provided to them on behalf of the DMK. As a part of this, Dr. Varadarajan on behalf of Pollachi City DMK provided protein rich food to enhance the immunity of more than 350 coronavirus patients who are being treated at coronavirus treatment centers including government hospitals for the last 25 days.
Food items including chickpeas, green gram, bread, fruits and boiled eggs are being served. The DMK also provided lunch, eggs and bread to pregnant women admitted to the maternity ward.
