Coimbatore: Following the escalation of the second wave of corona epidemic in Coimbatore, the Marxist Communist Party in Coimbatore district has set up a Corona Prevention Assistance Center based on the security measures taken by the Tamil Nadu government.

The second wave of corona epidemic is spreading very aggressively. The curfew has been extended until the end of this month to control it. The government is taking various measures to protect the people from the disease. The Marxist Communist Party (MCP) has set up a help desk on behalf of the district committee to help the general public in the context of the rising vulnerability in the Coimbatore district.

In this regard, Marxist Communist Party District Secretary V. Ramamurthy said, “Through this help desk, information on government treatment centers, disease awareness, vaccination centers, medical advice, telecommunication counseling for victims, vehicle assistance, and blood donation can be obtained. The Help Center is called the Left Help Center for Covid-19, which selects key executives from a variety of party-wide organizations, including friends, physicians, counselors, and alternative medicine professionals.
