'CRI' Trust sets up 100-bed hospital equipped with oxygen facility at their Chinnavedampatti premises in Coimbatore


Coimbatore: On behalf of 'CRI' Pumps and 'CRI' Trust, a 100-bed hospital with oxygen facility has been set up at Coimbatore.

"CRI Pumps office premises at Chinnavedampatti has been converted into a hospital for the noble cause of fighting Covid. This hospital premises will function with well-qualified doctors and nurses, ensuring that best treatment is provided to people. The project cost of this facility is Rs. 3 crores," stated the press release.

"CRI Trust Hospital will function only on the basis of 'service motive' to people. We expect that our initiative will help the State Government in controlling the spread of Covid-19," stated CRI Company Directors and Trustees, G Soundarrajan and G Selvaraj after submitting the letter to the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, M K Stalin on Thursday.

The CRI company has been working along with the Tamil Nadu Government and has been continuously involved in various social development activities for the past several years, such as adopting government schools, distributing 'Velanmai Semmal' award in association with the Tamil Nadu Agriculture University, providing quality medical facilities at lower cost etc. The newly-established 100-bed hospital with oxygen facility will be opened within a week.
