Coimbatore: A female sanitary worker in Kinathukadavu municipality has died due to corona infection, health officials said.
Kalimuthu's wife Velankanni (45) lives in Kinathukkadavu area of Coimbatore district and works as a cleaner in Kinathukkadavu municipality.
In this condition, she went to Coimbatore Government Hospital for treatment due to fever for the last two days. Doctors there examined Velankanni and confirmed that she had a corona infection.
Subsequently, she was admitted to Coimbatore Government Hospital for treatment and was treated at Velankanni. In this situation, the health department informed that Velankanni died without any treatment last night.
