Coimbatore Courts to function during summer vacation only on specific announced dates

Courts in Coimbatore district have been granted summer vacation from May 1 to 31, but will function on specific announced dates


Coimbatore: Courts in Coimbatore district have been granted summer vacation from May 1 to 31. Meanwhile, civil and criminal cases, bail petitions and interim injunctions filed online are being taken up for hearing.

The criminal cases are ordered to be filed on Monday. Then the petitions will be taken up for hearing on Thursday.

Meanwhile civil cases due can be filed on May 5, 11, 19 and 26. Petitions will be taken up for hearing on May 7, 13, 21 and 28 respectively.

Criminal cases are being heard by Coimbatore First Additional Sessions by Judge Nagarajan and civil cases by Coimbatore Second Court Additional Probation Judge Santhanakrishnasamy.
