Coronavirus infection confirmed to a roadside trader in Valparai


Coimbatore: Coronavirus infection has been confirmed in a roadside trader in Valparai. A 65-year-old businessman from the Injiparai Estate next to Valparai has been selling cloth and utensils on the sidewalk in Valparai. He had a fever for the past few days.

Following this he underwent a coronavirus examination at the Government Primary Health Center at Valparai. He was diagnosed with the infection and sent to the ESI Hospital in Coimbatore for treatment. But the doctors there examined him and sent him home to be isolated
