So far, 640 people have been affected with Covid-19 in the Pollachi Town area.
Coimbatore: The Pollachi health officers issued a statement that around 485 people have recovered from Covid-19. After treatment, they have fully gotten better.
People belonging to Makaliamman Temple Street, Nallapanagar, Jyothi Nagar, RS Puram, Karikalacholan Street, Rajamil Road, Kongu Nagar, Rajaji Street and various other streets were affected with Covid-19. 640 people were identified to be Covid-19 positive in the Pollachi Town area.
Following this, the affected persons were admitted to both Pollachi Government Hospital and Coimbatore Government Hospital. In that, around 485 people have recovered from Covid-19 so far.
Also, 140 people are undergoing treatment and 15 people have died so far due to Covid-19 here.
