Chief Secretary inspects COVID-19 prevention measures in Tirupur district

Chief Secretary also checked on the vaccination process in the district.


Tirupur: With the number of COVID-19 infections in the Tirupur district increasing day by day, the total number of patients in the district has increased to 20,659.

District Collector Vijayakarthikeyan, Special Officer-in-Charge of the Coronavirus Prevention Task Force Officer Gopal in Tirupur District and Principal Secretary to Government, inspected the preventive measures being taken in the district.



They also inspected the work carried out to vaccinate those over 45 years of age and provided further consultation on implementing them.
