K Annamalai, an Ex IPS officer contested in the state assembly elections from the Aravakurichi assembly constituency on behalf of BJP.
Chennai: BJP State Vice President Annamalai K who is also the candidate from the Aravakurichi assembly constituency in the 2021 elections has tested positive for COVID-19. He has been admitted to the hospital and is receiving treatment.
In his tweet today morning, Annamalai K declared, "I have tested positive for COVID-19 & hospitalised! I sincerely request everyone who has been around me lately to watch out for any symptoms & get tested."
