BJP National General Secretary CT Ravi today launched the party's Election Manifesto for Coimbatore South Constituency at a private hotel in Ram Nagar today.

Coimbatore: BJP National General Secretary CT Ravi today launched the party's Election Manifesto for Coimbatore South Constituency at a private hotel in Ram Nagar, Coimbatore today.

In the BJP's election manifesto for Coimbatore South constituency, schemes like free wi-fi for the public, relocation of Central Jail and establishment of jewellery park was mentioned. Also, the construction of a library under the name of Thiruvalluvar, establishing a zoo park, introducing IIM in Coimbatore and jobs for women in the area were announced. An online helpline called "Ungaludan Vanathi' will also be started to interact with the people.

At the meeting, BJP's National Secretary CT Ravi said, "DMK leader Stalin has been telling lies every day to come to power. He has a dual stance on all the issues. They have taken up the Vel worship about the BJP initiated the Vel Yatra, to gain support from the Hindu people."

He also questioned the leader, "Is Stalin an atheist? or a believer? Why doe he accuses only Hindu gods?"

CT Ravi also said, "The NEET examination, Jallikattu ban and other issues that they oppose today was brought in during the Congress regime, so why do they support it back then and pretend to oppose it now? For Tamil Nadu to progress, we need two-engines like Modi and Edappadi Palaniswami. People should vote for DMK if they want rowdies and power cuts."

Later, CT Ravi condemned A Raja, the DMK party's MP for insulting Chief Minister Edappadi Palaniswami's mother. "Insulting women is in DMK's DNA, which shows their immaturity," he commented.

CT Ravi then also told that "Coimbatore South people will know the difference between people's hero and cinema hero. The public will definitely vote for the people's hero. Also, note that Rahul Gandhi's comment on ruling Tamilnadu from Delhi is democratically wrong."

CT Ravi informed the press that the long-awaited Madurai AIIMS project will soon commence.
