DMK is BJP's 'B' team: Naam Tamilar Seeman
Coimbatore: Naam Tamilar Party's Chief Coordinator, Seeman has been intensively campaigning in the Sivananda Colony area of Coimbatore in support of the party's candidates.
Addressing people in the area, Seeman stated that the Naam Tamilar Katchi would contest alone in future elections. He also slammed the DMK party accusing that it was the real 'B' team of BJP, since it had given only a few seats in the elections to minorities in spite of claiming itself to be the protectors of the minority people.
"In the 1998 elections, the AIADMK first formed an alliance with the BJP due to Jayalalithaa. Then, in the 1999 elections, it was the DMK who lifted the BJP party to enable it to complete its full five-year term and ensured that the 'B' team was kept out. Having behaved like thieves themselves in the past, they are now accusing several other parties of being the 'B' team, thus revealing that they are truly the world's best actors," accused Seeman.
He added that the BJP will get only votes below NOTA this time round and requested people who did not want BJP to come to power to vote for Naam Tamilar party. "The AIADMK has a good relationship with the BJP and the DMK has a secret relationship. The 'lotus' will not bloom in the land of the Tamils. The big question is whether the DMK will still say no to the BJP after the election, because the BJP has actually taken advantage of the AIADMK government after Jayalalithaa's death," he added.
