Vehicle inspections intensified at check posts in Valparai


Coimbatore: vehicle inspections intensified at check posts in Valparai as it is a tourist destination located in the Coimbatore district.

Apart from Tamil Nadu, many tourists come from the neighboring states of Kerala, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. The Tamil Nadu government has announced an e-pass system to control the spread of the second wave of COVID-19.



Neighboring tourist vehicles coming to Valparai are stopped at the check post and allowed inside only after checking e-pass.
