Income Tax raid at MNM Treasurer's office and home in Tirupur

IT raids also took place at the houses of DMK, MDMK and other party members houses.


Tirupur: Chandrasekhar is the owner of Anitha Texcot which is located in Bridgeway Colony near Lakshmi Nagar, Tirupur.

Chandrasekhar is involved in manufacturing Covid-19 protection dresses along with face masks for the state government. He is also the state treasurer of Makkal Needhi Maiam party.

Income Tax Department Officials who arrived in 4 vehicles for the raid are inspecting the properties owned by Chandrasekhar for more than 8 hours now.
