Coimbatore: Municipal Commissioner Pavunraj said that the Valparai boat house nearing completion looks like a sea with full water level and first phase of testing is in process.
Minister SP Velumani has initiated the construction of a boat house at Valparai in Coimbatore district to fulfill the long standing demand of the public. Following this, Valparai Municipal Commissioner Dr. Pavunraj selected a place to set up a boat house in the Valparai area. The boat house is worth Rs. 4 crore 75 lakhs and the work has been completed.
The boat house is currently looking like the sea as the water is overflowing.
The first step is to operate the boats for free of charge for the general public to test for safety reasons. The investigation is being carried out on the orders of Municipal Commissioner Pavunraj.
