Pollachi EC Officials prepare as nomination filing to begin in Tamilnadu from tomorrow!

The officials today were involved in marking the 100 meters mark surrounding the Election Officials Office in Pollachi.

Election Commission Officials have begun guideline works at the Election Officer's Office in Pollachi as the date for filing nominations is beginning from tomorrow.

With the State Assembly Elections in Tamilnadu to happen on April 6th, nominations to contest in the elections will be received by the Election Officials from tomorrow. Hence the relevant works for this was started today.



Election Commission has instructed the candidates to have only 2 members along with them while filing the nominations and has also said that groups won't be permitted near the 100 meter mark.



Post this announcement, officials were involved in marking the 100 meters distance mark.

Election fever in Tamilnadu is expected to amplify post the filing of nominations.
