DMK Environment Team Secretary denies that DMK is acting as two teams in Kangayam

Coimbatore: DMK Environment Team Secretary Karthikeyan Sivasenathipathy has issued a statement denying the press release that the DMK is operating as two teams in the Kangayam assembly constituency

He said, “The DMK is actively campaigning in all parts of Tamil Nadu through various strategies with the aim of helping the people of Tamil Nadu.DMK Leader MK Stalin has been meeting a large number of people with their "Vidiyalai Nokki Stalinin Kural" and "Ungal Thoguthiyin Stalin" schemes. Youth Wing Secretary Udayanithi Stalin, Women Wing Secretary Kanimozhi, and the party executives have been creating awareness about the folly of teh AIADMK."

As there were reports on DMK working as two teams he clarified that the party was working together and the sole purpose of the party executives was the victory in the elections. They said they were working with an aim to reach welfare work in the constituency accessible to all people.

He said that some newspapers continue to publish such false news with the aim of creating confusion among the people where there is no intra-party issue in the Kangayam constituency.

He alleged that, "The reception and support received by the people for the DMK campaign has upset the ruling party. We see this as one of the vicious campaigns being waged by the AIADMK government which cannot tolerate the growth of the DMK. So, as the press points out, there is no problem in contesting in Kangayam constituency in DMK and there is no division among the constituency administrators, siblings and people. We declare that we are all working together in solidarity to eradicate the AIADMK and we completely deny the false news."
