They can plan their visit even one month ahead in advance. What he or she has to do is to simply send a text SMS to the office mobile number. Selected date and time will be confirmed by a return SMS. If a selected slot is not available, the next available date and time will be automatically alloted."

"The format of sending text SMS is, EPFBOOK Space UAN/PF number/any digits and /or letters space purpose space date space time. Important things to be noted while sending SMS are, UAN/PF number/any digits and/or letters format: maximum 16 digits and/or letters. Purpose format: maximum 20 letters only. Date format: date- month-year(en dash/small dash). Time format:00:00 am or pm(12 hours and column) Time slots are available at 9:15 am, 10:15, 11:15, 12:15, 01:15pm, 2:15 pm, 3:15pm, 4:15pm.
