Minister SP Velumani who took part in this event gave away free Housing Patta to over 1500 beneficiaries, gold for thaali and various other schemes which benefits people.
He then addressed the gathering and stated that "DMK chief MK Stalin was the Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister during the DMK rule but he did not do anything for the people. He is now keeping wigs and cheating the public.
Tamilnadu Chief Minister Edapadi Palanisamy who was born to a farmer has done many welfare schemes for the people of Tamilnadu."
He then stated that Tamilnadu has seen development in the last 5 years which it didn't see in the last 50 years.
