Ex-military men invited to serve during forthcoming assembly elections
Coimbatore: Ex-servicemen have been called up to serve during the upcoming assembly elections. Work is underway to select and train them. It has been announced that those who are interested and eligible can apply as ex-servicemen and will be involved as special guards in the Coimbatore Assembly election process. The statement issued by the district administration said that in the forthcoming assembly election security operation, ex-servicemen will be deployed as special guards.
Those who are Interested, physically fit, under 65 ex-servicemen from Coimbatore can apply for this job. Interested candidates can contact in person at the office of the Assistant Director of Ex-servicemen Welfare, along with ID card and work proof. Wages and food will be provided as per government regulations.
