Coimbatore: Sudden fire broke out in a running car destroying the car but luckily 5 passengers in the car survived. Police said five persons were traveling in a car near Karumathampatti on the Salem-Kochi highway this morning.
Suddenly there was smoke in the back of the car which was followed by a sudden fire all over the car.
So the people inside the car started screaming and jumping out of the car causing a stir in the area. Those who were going for a walk on the road immediately informed the Karumathampatti fire department.
