Police have filed a case against the person who provided false evidence in consumer court. Jayaraman is from Coimbatore RS Puram PM Samy Colony. He bought a packet of biscuits in 2016 at a supermarket in Vadavalli. He sued for charging more than the maximum price of the biscuit. In this regard, the case was pending in the Consumer Court.
The evidence required for the case was filed by Jayaraman in the Consumer Court. He is said to have provided false evidence for documents related to the case. Hence the Consumer Court instructed the police to file a case against him. Based on this, the Coimbatore Racecourse police have registered a case against Jayaraman and are investigating.
