Authorities recently received a complaint that this company was involved in GST Tax Evasion. Post that GST Assistant Commissioner Vijaya Krishnan visited the Sunrise Enterprises and conducted an investigation.
During the investigation, authorities discovered that Karthikeyan was involved in GST Tax Evasion of rupees 2 crores by creating fake sales bills.
Post this Sunrise Enterprises owner Karthikeyan was arrested for the GST Tax Evasion fraud.
