During the grama sabha meeting, the general public raised concerns regarding the lack of new roads, drinking water insufficiency, bad condition of street lights, poor waste management and sewage system and other important issues.
Public who participated in the meeting also took part in a signing campaign which opposes the AIADMK government's rule.
DMK party general body members Murugan, Sheikh Abdullah and Mohanathan headed the event along with active participation of district members like Udhyakumar, Anandan, Selvaraj, Ramu, Nagaraj, Arumugam, Velmurugan, Jaheer, Kamalakannan, Alocious, Sivakumar, Vignesh, Johny, Marimuthu and many other members took part and organized this meeting.
