Coimbatore: Drizzles across Coimbatore since morning: Climate in Coimbatore is now like that of Kutralam. It has been cloudy in Coimbatore since early this morning followed by drizzles making the climate cooler than Kutralam. In Coimbatore, the weather was gloomy with heavy mists causing people to go about wearing sweaters and holding umbrellas.
Within minutes it suddenly started to rain heavily. The rain that started at 6 am is still continuing. Since today is Monday the private companies and government officials have suffered due to the heavy rain while going to office. No announcement was made on behalf of the Meteorological Center but Coimbatore Weatherman had predicted rain exactly on January 3rd night and 4th morning. People who did not expect rain when they went to their offices got soaked. It is continuing to drizzle in some parts of the city and the climate continues to be cold.
