Robbers posing as address seekers snatch 4 sovereign chain from a woman and fled the scene immediately.
Coimbatore: Deepa (40) a resident of VG Ram Nagar who was returning to her house from a grocery store was approached by 2 youths on a bike looking for an address detail. Deepa tried to see the address when the robbers dropped the paper down. When Deepa attempted to pick the paper, the robbers snached her 4 sovereign chain and vanished before the neighbours could catch them.
Deepa has filed a complaint regarding this incident at the Saravanampatti police station and the police officials are on the lookout for the robbers.
