Coimbatore: Newlywed woman commit suicide by hanging within a year of marriage. RDO is investigating the case.
Stalin was married last year to his wife Gayatri (age 20), who hails from PKR Road near Coimbatore. They have a 10 month old girl. Gayatri committed suicide by hanging herself in a room at home yesterday. Neighbors who saw this informed the Kattoor police.
Police immediately rushed to the scene and conducted an investigation. Gayatri's body was later recovered and sent to Coimbatore Government Hospital for autopsy. The Kattoor police have registered a case under Section 174 and are investigating the cause of the suicide. The RDO is investigating as she committed suicide within a year of getting married.
