Coimbatore: Kerala based Minar group of companies have launched its new brand in Coimbatore which will be hereafter available in the entire Tamil Nadu market. Minar group of companies, Managing Director, A. Mohamed Shafi said,"Our company continues to be one of the best across Kerala in the TMT bars segment. In spite of this pandemic year, we launched "Lohind TMT Fe 500 D" in Kerala which has got overwhelming response from the customers due to the quality and low cost. Followed by the Kerala market, we have now launched this product inCoimbatore which will hereafter cater the needs across Tamilnadu market.

Minar group was started during 1995-96 as a steel trading company. Their products are of high quality and are also much cheaper when compared with the other players in the market. In Tamil nadu, Actor Arun Vijay has been chosen as the brand ambassador.
This is the first time the group of companies have started business outside Kerala and depending upon the response, they would look into setting up their manufacturing unit in Coimbatore. They said , "The industrial set-up and the government support in Tamil Nadu is very good and highly appreciable."
