The lorry driver tried to overtake a car on the Chettipalayam bypass road. At the time, the driver suddenly saw an oncoming motorcycle and veered left to avoid colliding with it.
The lorry lost control and overturned in a roadside ditch. Fortunately, no one was injured in the crash. The matter was later reported to the police. Police rushed to the spot and recovered the container. This caused a 2-hour traffic snarl on the Chettipalayam L&T bypass road.
