Tamilselvan (23) hails from Malayandipalayam area of Sulur taluk next to Coimbatore. He works for Rakiyappan from the same area.

In this situation, Rakkiyappan asked Tamilselvan to drive a tractor for MR Palanisamy from Malaiyambalaiyam and get the rent for the same from Palanisamy after the work. After working for three weeks, Tamilselvan has asked Palanisamy to pay for the work.

It is alleged that the enraged Palanisamy racially abused him and threatened to kill him. A case was registered in this regard at the Sultanpet police station on the 30th.

A complaint has been lodged with the District Superintendent's Office stating that even several days after the case has been registered, police have not taken any action to arrest Palanisamy. Tamilselvan also said that his attackers are forcing him to withdraw the case and are also making death threats.
