Coimbatore: Two youngsters have been arrested for selling ganja in Coimbatore and 2 1/4 ganja was seized from them. Police received information that ganja was being sold in the Sokkampudur area of Coimbatore.

Following this, they went there in plainclothes for inspection. At that time, a young man was wandering around suspiciously. Police interrogated him upon which it was revealed that he had 2.250 kilograms of ganja for sale. Following this, the police confiscated the ganja and it was found that the youth was Tamilarasan (21) from Podanur area.
Following this, the police registered a case and arrested Tamilarasan and took him to jail.
Similarly, Vadavalli police on patrol in Veerakeralam area arrested a youth who was wandering around on suspicion and conducted an investigation. It was revealed that he possessed ganja for sale.
Police investigated and found that the person was Govindhan from Peedampalli. The police who arrested him, produced him before a judge and remanded him into custody.
