New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has released the list of new national office bearers. Surprisingly, none from Tamil Nadu have secured a place in the list, thus eliminating H Raja, National Secretary of BJP from his post.
BJP's National President JP Nadda on Saturday released the list which has the names of 12 party leaders as National Vice Presidents and 8 general secretaries, organisers and others.
With BJP trying to set its foot in Tamil Nadu, the new national office bearers list without any leader from Tamil Nadu has raised the eyebrows of many.
"Congratulations and best wishes to the new team. I am confident they will uphold the glorious tradition of our Party of serving the people of India selflessly and with dedication. May they work hard to empower the poor and marginalised", the PM tweeted.
