Following this, the Railway Police informed the cops at Ukkadam police station as it was an area under their jurisdiction.
Police recovered the body of the man who committed suicide by hanging himself from a tree and sent it to Coimbatore GH for an autopsy. Investigations are underway as to the identity of the person and why he killed himself.
