Tirupur: Hindu Munnani staged a protest against setting up new TASMAC outlet at Iduvampalayam near Tirupur.
A protest was held on behalf of the Hindu Munnani against setting up of a new TASMAC shop at Iduvampalayam near Tirupur.
With no TASMAC outlet in the area, the task of setting up a new one is underway. Under the circumstances, the Hindu Munnani cadres along with the public from the Iduvampalayam area staged a protest citing the reason that the safety of women would be in question if a new TASMAC store is set up in the residential area.
