The 25-year-old man kept forcing a 16-year-old student studying in class 11 near Pollachi Anaimalai to get into a relationship with him, but she reportedly kept refusing.
Under the circumstances, the man tried to talk to the student who was walking alone in the road today. When she refused to speak, he chopped her hair off using a blade he had hidden. The students' hands were cut in the attack.
