30 positive cases in Pollachi: 72 year old man dies
Coimbatore: 30 people including 10 women and 20 men tested positive in Pollachi.A 72 year old man passed away due to COVID-19.
In Pollachi a 45-year-old woman, a 27-year-old man, a 21-year-old man, a 22-year-old woman, a 4-year-old boy, a 3-year-old boy and a 26-year-old man from Anamalai Angalakurichi, a 28-year-old man from Paramaduyur were tested as positive for COVID-19 by the health department. The health department announced that 22 people had tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday including a 72-year-old man from Anna Avenue tested positive when he went to Coimbatore private hospital for heart surgery.
He tested positive while getting an examination after the surgery. The old man died yesterday.

13-year-old male from Chinnampalayam Raj Nagar,
35-year-old female from Min Nagar,

20-year-old male in Makkinampatti Bhagavathipuram were also tested positive.
