Coimbatore: Huge disinfecting equipment being used to spray disinfectants in all 21 wards of Valparai.

Spread of COVID-19 in Valparai is mainly due to the arrival of people from other places. The Valparai Health department and the Valparai Municipality COVID-19 Prevention Department has been identifying these people and has been sending them away for treatment.

To prevent the disease from spreading further and to keep it under control, disinfectants are being sprayed.

The Valparai Municipality has purchased two huge disinfectant spraying machines. Under the orders of the Valparai Municipal Commissioner Paunraj these machines are being used to spray disinfectants in the 21 wards of Valparai to prevent the spread of the disease in all the areas.

The spraying of disinfectants is being done intensively led by health department supervisors Illango Rajendran and Sudhakaran.
