Coimbatore: The Amma Makkal Munnetra Kazhagam celebrated Sasikala's birthday in a grand manner near the Gandhi statue in Valparai.
The birthday celebrations were conducted under the direction of the R.K. Nagar MLA TTV Dinakaran. The festivities were presided over by Valparai City Council Secretary Nellai Selvan and District General Committee Member Annan Kunjali.
The party cadres burst crackers and distributed sweets to celebrate the occasion.
Many of the party executives and cadres including the District Trade Division Babuji, District Youth wing Shanmugavel, Valparai City Assistant Secretary E.T.N. Selvin Loy, City Deputy Secretary Amudha, City Assistant Secretary Dhanalakshmi, City Trade wing Kongu Marimuthu, Amma Peravai In-charge Gnanaprakash Prabhu, Anna Nagar In-charge Durai Manimekalai, MGR Nagar In-Charge Kamatchi Sundaram, Ward Council Secretary Ganesan, Zainuddin, Panidarajan, Ajeesh, Solayar Prabhakaran, Ramar and Sadiq Ahmed took part in the celebrations.
