BJP State Secretary Vanathi Srinivasan requested TN government to bring back the bodies of the Tamil students from Russia who drowned in the Volga river.

Asif, Vignesh, Stephen and Manoj from Tamil Nadu studied at the Volgograd Medical University. They took a weekend trip to the Volga river which turned tragic when all four drowned and lost their lives.

Under the circumstances, BJP State Secretary Vananthi Srinivasan requested the TN government that the bodies of the students be brought from Russia to their bereaved families.
